TLECRM

Privacy Policy

How TLE CRM handles information on this website and in our service. Last updated June 2026.

1. Scope

This policy covers two things: information collected through this marketing website (including our sign-up form), and information we process inside the TLE CRM service on behalf of the dealerships that use it.

2. What we collect on this website

When you submit our sign-up form, we collect the dealership name and address, your name, title, phone, and email, the plan you select, any notes you add, and the record of your electronic signature — which includes the date and time of submission, your IP address, and the version of the terms you agreed to. We keep this as proof of your agreement. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

3. Information we process in the service (for dealerships)

When we operate the CRM for a dealership, we process the dealership’s customer and vehicle data on its behalf — such as names, contact details, vehicles, mileage, and service history — to deliver features like worklists, service predictions, outreach logging, and the loyalty app. The dealership is responsible for that data and for the rights and notices required to use it; we act on its instructions as a service provider.

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, to contact you about your build and account, to maintain records of agreements and transactions, and to comply with law.

5. Aggregated and de-identified data, and sale to third parties

We create aggregated and de-identified data from the operation of the service — anonymized, statistical, and benchmarking information about service and program patterns across the dealerships we serve. This data is not linked, and cannot reasonably be linked, to you, any dealership’s customer, or any individual or household. We may use, share, license, and sell this aggregated, de-identified data to third parties for purposes such as industry analytics and product development. We maintain safeguards designed to prevent re-identification, commit not to attempt to re-identify it, and require recipients by contract not to re-identify it. We do not sell personal information that identifies an individual.

6. Your privacy rights and choices

Depending on where you live (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to request access, correction, or deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. Aggregated and de-identified data is not personal information and is not subject to these rights. To exercise a right, or to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information that identifies you, use our contact form and we will respond as required by law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

7. Service providers

We rely on a small set of providers that process data on our behalf to run the service, including Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payment processing, when used). They are bound to use the data only to provide their services to us.

8. Retention and security

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records of agreements, and meet legal obligations. We protect data with measures including access controls, row-level isolation between dealerships, encryption in transit, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard the information in our care.

9. Children

The service is for dealerships and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the updated version with a new date and, where appropriate, notify you.

11. Contact
